Bay Area riding

So I just moved to the Bay Area (South San Jose to be exact) and I was just looking for people to chill and ride with. Ive found the glorious highway 9 and hit it a few times, but it doesnt beat riding with a group. Let me know about any bike nights/group rides, or pm me on here id love to get to know the area.

Anyway...here is Scarlet FYE

Agreed. 636boouy, you have moved to a rider's Mecca. Go south of Carmel, and Big Sur awaits. From Hollister, Hwy 25 is mix of all types of curves.

Go north of The City and the Wine Country awaits.... Keep going and North Coast is gorgeous, wild, and sometimes feels remote, but the riding is Devine.

Riding the Sierra Nevada Mtns is only rivaled by riding the Rockies. Period! Those of us who have had the blessed opportunity to have done either, yet alone both can wax poetically until our eyes rolled back into their sockets.

As I write this, I am in a hotel in Yreka, CA. I am wrapping up an 8-day CA Coast & Sierras ride. I'll get home tomorrow, and might do a write-up of the ride. Suffice to say, your Odyssey is just beginning.

I agree. Just minutes away from here you can get on the beautiful hwy 1 . Just don't come down right now because of the Soberanes fire. Most of the scenic roads are blocked off or have detours.

I'm down to ride... The east bay has awesome roads. There's a dozen long twisty areas within 15-45 minutes riding distance
