Hi the packs are 20cmx10cm and about 2cm thick...they are liquid then once activated solidify...has a salt based substance in a liquid, click a stainless steel button inside the pack and it sets off a chemical reaction. To restore the pack after, use just boil in water for 10 minutes and it goes back to the liquid form ready to use again.
Hows your bike runnin?

Heard of this idea from a fisherman, never tried it, but sounds ideal way of warming the hands on a cold day.
