You can buy a full exhaust system from the US, but you could possibly have to pay import duty. Another member here (ZX6r2013AU) was charged an absurd amount with import duties, not certain if he saved much.

Yah there with some details ZX6r2013AU?
Sorry, didn't see the post till now. I bought the full Akropovic from the US. Saved about 200 but got slugged nearly 500 for import duty and Get... So much for saving anything! If possible buy locally or under 1000 dollars!

Kaza you sold the exhaust yet? I've seen it fitted to a few 2014 er6n's on the net, best sounding exhaust out there.

I know it's a pretty old thread, I was wondering where can I get Stage 2 baffle in Australia? I spoke to MotoMummy and it will cost around AUD 100 shipped. I think stage 1 is a bit loud for my taste especially when the Police station is only 500m away from where I live...

Cheers.

I've got this exhaust on my '14 636. It was tuned with the quieter baffle on a PC5. If i swap it for the more open baffle will it perform worse? I'm just curious how it will sound.

Cheers

The stage 2 insert reduces power by as much as 10HP, I never really understood people complaining of it being too loud. To me I have always ran it without the baffle because it doesnt seem louder, just better sounding IMO.

hey mate, I'm from Canberra, I own a 2015 636 w/ M4 GP exhaust. I had stage 1 baffle until yesterday now running a stage 2. Bike is nice and quiet, my neighbours will be very happy, it almost sounded stock but with nicer growl, and also Stage 2 won't worsen the performance either. You many see some figures dropping on paper if you dyno it but I don't really see that kind of noticeable HP drop happening. I know many who have the stage 2 and haven't anything to complain about. Most actually are glad they have it because the stage 1 was still too loud. Honestly, I like to have the stage 1 back in (because of the deep sound) but I would rather consider to have quiet exhaust than getting too many attentions on the road, dogs, cats, kangaroos etc...

Let me know if you want help to source stage 2 baffle....
