i can guarantee i'll be there on the thursday but can't say the same for the weekend
i've gathered up my crew of about a dozen bikes to run the annual Barry Sheene Memorial Ride from Bairnsdale to the Track on the Thursday. It's great fun being in the middle of about 1500 bikes.
But alas i am also a weekend worker. Luckily i work in Electrical Retail, so i'll have 50+ Plasma's and LCD's to watch the race on

As for the idea of a meet sometime in the future. I'd be up for that... still being a relatively new voice on here it would be good to stretch out my contact list a little more. So anything happening around the Melbourne area i'd do my best to attend.
Baring in mind, Melbourne is 2 hours away *cough hour 15 cough* so advanced notice needed

just so happens that my boss has been in a good mood... = me scoring a 4 day weekend to go to the race now
so i've got an awesome weekend coming up next week of barry sheene ride (650kms), 2 days that i'm hoping to god will be good riding days, then sunday at the GP.
