What kind of riding are you planning on doing?
I'd look at some tank grips.

I think these are pretty basic stuff you should look into

Frame sliders
Tank / Knee grip pads

Keeping your list in mind, I'd do:

Frame Sliders
Fender Eliminator
Rear Cowl
Tank Grips (Techspec)
Set SAG (Suspension)
SS Brake Lines
DB Screen

Unless you're doing track riding I wouldn't worry about a quickshifter, and if you insist on one I'd say do rearsets at the same time.

What's the purpose of the bike? Commute, track, twisties, garage queen, etc.

Personally, I would spend the money to get the suspension setup by a pro and get some training. The bike is plenty fast so performance mods are not a priority.

Good suspension setup and rider training will pay off in spades!!

Im liking all of those items.
Not sure about style of riding yet. Only had my licence 12 months. LOL Manly weekend rides and the occasional commute.
Frame sliders and tank grips will be a must.
I will definitely look into some training when i get the bike.
As for the quick shifter, well, they sound pretty cool to have :-) Why should i get rear sets as well as quick shifter?
Garage queen. LOL. never heard that saying before :-D
