Superbike school 31/10 + 1/11/15

Hey guys,

heading down to PI this weekend with a mate for the CSS levels 1&2, anyone else going to be there?

If so stop by and say hi!

Also, any last minute tips before we go?

cheers!

I wish I was, it's cold and crappy here already. CSS is a blast! But don't worry about not knowing any "mates" in attendance. I did levels 1-2 all by myself in August. Everyone was cool, no matter what level(s) they were there to do, because everyone was there to learn. I met a bunch of riders who were repeating level 3/4 even before the first classroom session and was invited to paddock with them. Spent 2 days with them, and now they are my weekend ride and track day buddies.

P.S. Bring a pen and pad to take notes. Write down anything you think important. I'm always surprised when re-reading my notes to find things I've already forgotten.

I can only begin to dream riding around PI.... Has to be one of the most beautiful tracks around the world.. Enjoy your time.

+1 on bringing a pen and notebook. Go there with a open mind to learn.

You're going to have a great time!

Stay focused, As IronCactus already stated, they will give you a pamphlet, have a pen and take notes.

As soon as you get off your bike after a track session, quickly head to your coach to review your riding, it will give you a little more "quality time" to make observations and improvements.

That would have been an amazing track to do levels 1&2 at. I went to see the MotoGP there and what a bloody track! I was originally going to do that until they decided to head over the ditch to NZ. Would have cost a fair penny but well worth it. I'm booked in for Level 4 repeats in February. And I'm taking a friend up to Hampton Downs in a couple of weeks where he'll do Level 4 for the first time as well. Will be cool just to watch someone else do it for a change...hehe
