GoPro Motorsport camera

Hey All!

OK so I'm excited like a little kid 'cause I just got a new toy...

This one I bought is the wide angle version in the waterproof housing.

www.goprocamera.com

Just finished mounting it to the front of my helmet and posted pics in my album here.
Video quality is surprisingly good from the small amount of testing I've done so far. I'll post up some vid's asap!

Is anyone else using one of these?

Any good or bad experiences, have I bought junk?

Those are awesome! Best out there right now. Heard nothing but good things besides batteries running low and lack of mega gigs or whatever. My friend has one for mx. Great vid quality.

Nowon youtube..

Ok so I had the little camera out for a test run.
I had the sound set to LO and it came out badly.
Having it mounted on the helmet and using the LO sound setting is not good.

Get the Sanyo eneloop rechargeable batteries for it. You can get them from Tandy or Battery world, they last almost until the 2Gb SD card is full. I have the GoPro 170 Wide with the motorsport pack, it's an amazing camera. I've tried the Oregon Scientific ATC3K and the vHoldr and this cam comes out top of the line.
