Question Arai deals!?

Finding myself a new helmet has been a very hard task (my current one is too big)
And the ONLY one that fits me seems to be defiant from Arai. I could maybe suck up the RS1 from Bell. All in all, the best for me is that arai, now, is $575 before tax a good deal or is it BS full retail? After tax, with a chrome shield and extra cheek pads, it comes down to $855 CAD. Seems pricey. I know Arai is the best but yea, help.

Shoei doesn't fit you? They are kinda built for the same head.

Keep checking online and at STG they always have helmets on clearance.

Remember that you don't want a helmet more than 5years old!

If you live in Montreal, hit up the motorcycle show that's happening there this weekend! They should have some good deals. I picked up an Icon Airmada for $220 at the one in Toronto last week.

If you buy from a retailer instead of online, usually you can get them to throw in a tinted visor which would cost about $100 and will need anyways.

I went with a white Corsair V which was exxy, but then did a custom paint job and made it a one of a kind! Very happy with it!

This is what I'm getting at the motorcycle show. Shoei doesn't fit me, there's something with shoei and my jaw that don't go hand in hand.

I have a Shoei now but used to have an Arai Profile. I absolutely loved the Arai, not nearly impressed with the Shoei (for me).

Once in a while, they'll have closeouts when they go really cheap, nearly 50% off. But you've got to watch them like a hawk...

I Ride: Some stupid ones
I got three different premium graphic Arai Corsair V lids from Riders Discount for barely more than you were quoted for that defiant. Brad is the man at Rider's Discount.

Which shoei do you have? The RFs? Isn't the profile for oval shapes?

I have the RF1100. I can't recall which shape the profile was for but it fit me perfect.
