a lot of the austin threads go a little old so i decided to start a fresh one..lets try and get some of us together for a ride soon...anyone ridden in new braunfels yet? nice back country rounds from austin to new braunfels. good riding around the canyon lake area.

I'm in Austin. Lots of good routes to choose from. Hamilton Pool Road is fantastic, so is Fitzhugh Road. I generally ride those, and 1431 quite a bit. Lime Creek Road can be fun, but it is a bit of a death trap (people don't know how to stay on their side of the road).

Not in Austin but close enough. Don't know when I'll get the chance to ride again but we should plan a ride I'll bring some guys from up here down with me.

I'm a new rider in Austin, cruised around the 360 area for a couple hours last night. I'm down to learn from some experienced riders. Hopefully I won't get I the way lol
