So as some of you have seen, myself and 09ZX-6R have figured out how to make servo eliminators fairly cheap, at half the price of the $50 servobuddy and 1/4 of the $100+ ivan's servo eliminator.
The eliminators will work with all the ZX-6r's that use the servo motor as well as the ZX-10r.
We will be taking orders starting now. We will be making one shipment a week so if you place an order monday it won't be shipped until friday or saturday.
As of right now we have no way of getting the harnesses, so you will need to cut your harness from your servo motor and send that to us (cut at half way so there is plenty left on servo and on harness). You should be able to send in a small padded envelope for about $4 via USPS. We will offer both assembled kits and DIY kits *. Cost will be as follows: $25.00 shipped for an assembled servo eliminator** (forum members *** price) $20.00 shipped for a DIY kit** (forum members *** price) $35.00 shipped for an assembled servo eliminator** (non-forum members price) $30.00 shipped for a DIY kit** (non-forum members price) *Due to the nature of a DIY project we cannot guarantee the DIY kits **US only - other countries will have to pay shipping ***To be considered a forum member you must have at least 100 posts
You can PM myself or 09ZX-6R to send payment or for questions.

Can you make them with wire leads coming off and we can solder our own harnesses on?

Heres the deal, after chaos and i talked this through for quite some time, we have found that the cost of making it with the harness from a supplier other than yourselves would be to costly. go figure. ivans, and the other competitors charge a high cost because the harness connectors are not cheap. if you talk numbers with us, youde be amazed that we can even make them at all. The Refund Policy is as follows:
I/We will give a 100% refund, minus the shipping cost, to any purchaser that has a defective unit. The defective unit will only be considered defective by myself, Member 09ZX-6R or Member CHAOS. We will test the unit in question and if the unit is in fact dective from the original assembly, no modification nor reproduction will be allowed, then the manufacture defect will be considered defective. Any attempt to modify the unit will void the unit in question. Reproduction of the unit will be discarded immediatly. Each unit is numbered in a accountability system to prevent cross contamination of units to third party. In other words, dont mess with it, dont try to make your own identical copy without chaos or my permission. sorry to be so blunt, but you know who you are that would. if you dont know what you are doing then seek help. Chaos and myself are always checking this forum. We will respond to your pm's and posts. As for DIY kits,
I/We will not guarantee these kits as it is a self assembled unit. all parts will be provided. instructions will be provided. spare parts are able to be ordered in the event you do short the unit and can verify that you are able to fix it. We will help you with assembly upon request. in other words, you break it, your SOL. please have some common sense when making these units. its not rocket science. if you have the tools and some common sense and are able to read. then you got nothing to worry about.
I do accept paypal, i can take CC over the phone as well via Squareup.com (100% secure). Should you choose to send your servo unit to us, or send the harness from the servo motor itself (NOT THE BIKE HARNESS), you will not be charged for return shipping. Quote:

If there was wire already attached, I could solder my harnesses to them. If it's too costly to add wire to it, I understand. I'll just wait til I absolutely need to get rid of the servo. I don't really need the buddy right now. I was just trying to prepair for the future.

I found a company willing to sell the connectors to us for fairly cheap. With this said, to cover the cost of the connectors ill have to raise the cost of the eliminator. instead of 20 for a DIY kit or assembled for forum members, the cost will be $30 w/ free shipping. For non members and anyone else wanting one, its $35 plus the cost of shipping. I think htis is a great deal. especially since hte competitors are selling them as low as $60. you really cant go wrong with this deal. its proven to work on here and on the zx10r sites. so if you interested in purchasing one, let me or memebr chaos know and we will hook you up.

Not to thread Jack or spam your thread but I was just wondering what the point of this thing was, I know it gets rid of the exhaust servo motor but I just unhooked the cables and left the servo there. Is there any real down fall to just leaving it on the bike even tho its not hooked up to anything anymore?
