Dude put up a Hamaguchi exhaust. I contacted him on here. He wanted me to send him the cash for it as a gift through paypal. Didn't trust it. So then I Saw he had the exhaust on Ebay. So I bought it. Easy 640 paid right... WRONG. So this dude is slow playing me on a tracking number. 2 weeks after I paid still no tracking number. So I escalate it with Ebay. He issues a refund but has no money in the account. So it is still not refunded through paypal or Ebay. So its been a month plus No exhaust No money Just a pissed off rider who hopes no one else has to deal with Nick Dascalopoulos.

What a piece of shit.

EDIT: I see he has over 400 posts. Hope maybe there's an explanation of some sorts.

I feel your pain, man why can't people just do proper business!! I was also trying to get that exhaust too from him and it so happens i live in the same area as him so i tried meeting up with him but he was acting real funny then just went m.i.a. But from what i heard what my friends who know of him tell me are not positive things

honestly

I think someone just wanted extra money for the holidays. I mean why else would you issue an E-Check refund when you know that you can't cover it. And if you were being honest why would you spend one red cent of the money before you shipped it?

Oh and I know it is Protected and Ebay will get me taken care of on the Exhaust but having 640 sitting out in some @$$h0!e's pocket when it could be either sprockets, gold chain or Some ASV or Pazzo shortys and a Yoshi stainless on my bike is frustrating

I don't see any correlation between post count and honesty or whatnot. For example look at me... I've been on this forum for less than two weeks and I have over a hundred posts, lol. Also, I know this member from another forum he used to be on... he is a HUGE post whore. (like me )

That suck man, sorry to have to read stuff like this

I've heared of more bad sellers in the last 1-2 months then I have in my 2+ years of beeing on these forums.
Sad really, because almost all my mods from other members. Hope things work out for you soon.

There's definitely a very strong correlation between post count and honesty, doesn't mean anyone can bet the farm on it though.

I suppose in some cases it may show longevity and a desire to stay on the forum.

Also though, I wouldn't consider 400 a lot but maybe that's just me.

Yep that's the one, He was baned from Kawiforums for cheating on there Bike of the month contest.
Seems he opened up several new accounts to vote for himself.

I told em when he showed up over here that as long as he behaved himself & stayed out of 6OTM,
Id not expose em, Everybody deserves a 2nd chance, Or so I thought.
I didn't know he would do something like this.

Now this is the totally weird off the wall part, I can hardly believe it myself,
But just last night(& this has NEVER happened before) I dreamed of this guy,
Yes & in the dream he was getting baned again, From this forum. Yeah I know freaking weird as hell.
