Shrink 'em.........
Actually, you could if you wanted to. Just dunk them quickly in water then throw them in the dryer.
Better yet, if they are JUST barely too big........go to a place where they have one of those hot air hand dryer. While wearing the gloves, soak them quickly in warm water and then dry them. They'll shrink perfectly molded to your hands. Then get some baseball glove oil from a sporting good store to keep them soft.

Money is a bit tight right now since I'm getting a slip on, but definitely will get back to you.
Yeah soaking in water would probably not be a good idea. It'll just ruin the leather unless you HAVE no other choice.

I'm sure it'll smell like cow's ass.
