So I decided to give ace another try.

I've had these two blanks sitting here and they do me no good if they aren't cut. One ace messed up one blank. I figured I'll go to another one, and try again. I'll warn them and ask them to look at the key and get as best prepared as they can.

Told them it was a motorcycle key, they warned me if they messed it up its on me. My key has a slight bend to it, but one of the guys said I'll give it a shot, and seemed very confident despite the 13 warnings I gave him.

He cut it, I distracted myself with angry birds while he cut. Tried it on the bike..voila!! it worked!! Total Cost $1.05 with tax to cut the key. Take that locksmith.

I now have 2 keys

I would like a 3rd..a back up for a back up, but I'll wait for now.

Ace can cut keys, just make sure you give them proper warning, and have them examine the key before cutting it so they are somewhat familiar with the grooves.

Mine's bent and you need to fiddle around with it for it to work.
