Showat too, though he's out touring the world

He also introduced me to a riding group on Facebook called: Two Wheels Unleashed. Went out for a ride with them a couple weeks ago. Prob a good 20 people there at the start.

I am in Chapel Hill, I ride mostly with a group called "The Fairies" but also with guys from NCS (NCSportbikes.com). We go on group rides mostly every week/weekend, sometimes small groups 4-5 bikes, sometimes 20-25 bikes.
During winter we stay local but now that the weather is nice again, we will go to the mountains (NC, VA) too for a day or a weekend rides. We have people coming from High point, Greensboro, Sanford, Asheboro, Raleigh, Smithfield, Wake Forest, ... and everybody is welcome.
The only thing we ask is that you let your EGO at home (it's not a competition) and that you ride your own pace while being respectful of the other riders. We wait for people at stop signs, intersections, ... you won't get lost. All riders (no matter the skill levels are welcome as there will be someone to ride with you).
Corvus and kawaholic like this.

Do you ride with Jessica B, Sheldon, or Donna by chance?

Sweet!

Levers are on, rearsets are on, brake lines are on. I'm hoping to get the LEDs this week and put them in the instrument cluster by the weekend. After that the bike goes back together and I can ride again

But then I have to tear my GTO apart :\

Corvus - next time you go out to meet that group I'll join ya. If you know of any other Raleigh dudes on the board, point them to this thread.

Ugh I'm so ready for classwork to be done. Then it's weekends full of messing with the bike. Or saving up to get an R1

The Vortex are on if you wanna come check them out. Or you can wait til I get the bike on the road.

Whatever you need to keep from getting that R1

Wednesday night I tried to take my cluster apart and put new LEDs in there. Looks like I ordered the wrong LEDs (too small), so yesterday I sent the cluster to bluegauges

Looks like there will be no riding for me this weekend
