So just so I don't shit on something on face value due to a bad title.

What is the goal of this ride?

Just curious.

The nine most terrifying words in the English language are: 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.'

The only time a leader should use the word "I" is in the sentence "I have to shit"

Don't get your titties in a twist. Yes... this type of "ride" is fucking stupid. Makes the riders that AREN'T idiots look like idiots and creates a bad taste in the mouths of those effected by such idiocy. Then your local PD has a phucking hard on for sport bikers for the next 9 months pulling over anything with a clip-on handle bar and giving out tickets for people commuting to and from work for "unsafe speeds" at 3mph over the speed limit.

He's not new... he's been a member here since 2014. He should have seen at least one of the flame fests on similar threads in that time.

I'd be curious of this too. Is there a charity that they're trying to get awareness on? Toys for Tots rally? Maybe a "dress for the slide not for the ride" Gear up campaign? DO TELL! I'm intrigued!

If there's an official organizer, like SportBikes Inc Magazine, based on that flyer thingy attached, then any incidents that occur would be under the responsibility of that organizer, no?

Still trying to figure out why cali riders are posting their meaningless replies on a post for a "east coast" ride ... smh
If you can't go/don't wanna go.. then stfu.

Simply informing real riders (you know the ones who know their local biker community, or wouldn't mind meeting new people in the area, of this event)..

There's a few poop dicks in this forum, who ALWAYS have something to say.. a lil pack of cowards..talking shit on the internet..
I'll be there.. (see profile pic for what bike to look for).. in case any of you keyboard warriors can make it..

heh well this is going well...

Anyway, others' opinions on the subject aside, I actually am interested in hearing full details. The facebook post is rather limited in offering up info.
