Please do source that. I would hate to think that my donations are lining to you somebody's pocket and helping people I believe it is our duty to help.
Any alternatives you know of?
This off another forum I'm on
[quote name="willaduncan" post="1773932" timestamp="1451880721"]Donating to WWP or Wounded Warrior Project came up today, and as a combat vet with injured friends I wanted to give some advice on who to donate to and who not to if you are ever in the giving spirit for veterans.
First off I will post a tax record for 2014 for WWP later, they are thieves and donate less than 50% of their donations to wounded vets, I have seen their lack of support firsthand.
A small list of who you can donate to that donates around 75% - 99% of their donations to those that need help;
Hope for warriors
Semper Fi Fund
Special-ops Warrior Foundation
The only 2 foundations I know of that donates 100% of their income to vets is;
Navy and Marine Corps Relief Society
Marine Corps Retirement home (for MC vets/senior citizens that are needing assisted living)
I'm sure there is a similar for the Army and if there's any soldiers that know of it please add it here, also if there are others that people know of that actually donate proceeds please post them up as well!
Thanks for your time and any donations you make to these places!
