Long Island "dealer service" suggestion?

Bought my bike from island powersports in long island and haven't exactly needed any service done on it yet but it seems like my front rotors are having an issue so id want to get it checked out. What i"m wondering is which dealers do you guys go to for warranty work on long island?

Any suggestions?

I'm in Suffolk so this may not work for you, but I have 3 friends that bought and serviced their new bikes at Maximum in Riverhead.

I'm actually moving to Suffolk County in a week or so, so it might actually work.

I live right near CrossBay and they have a service Dept if that's better for you. They are in Bay Shore on sunrise. I've had work done there and it was good, but more of my people have had their bikes worked on at maximum.

I bought my bike at Island Powersports too. I had a good sales experience but had many bad experiences with their service department. Stay away!

Maximum Motorsports told me if I'm trying to warranty warped rotors, I'm pretty much SOL, and they told me to go back to the selling dealer, and after reading your post, I'm not so sure I want to.

Call Kawasaki and complain. They might be willing to help. It's worth a shot especially since you are a brand new customer.

No company wants bad press these days.
