2-Piece Suit Sans Pants?
I bought a 2-pc suit online, but upon arrival, realized that the pants don't fit me. I sent them back for a smaller size, but I made the bonehead mistake of exchanging my pants without actually ordering the correct size. At the end of the day, the pants in my size were sold out and I'm left with a 2-pc suit without the matching pants.
It seems that the jackets for 2-pc suits are shorter in length than traditional standalone jackets, so I was wondering if you have any recommendations on how to protect my lower back/hips from exposure? I have a pair of AGV kevlar jeans that I wear when I ride, but I've been down before and know that my jacket could slide up and expose bare skin.
The retailer I bought my gear from says that the manufacturer (RST) is not sending any new shipments until later this year, so they recommended that I can either wait to get the matching pants or buy new pants and have a seamstress attach a new matching zipper to both jacket and pants. I'd rather wait for a matching set, but want some protection in the mean time. Suggestions?
