New Leathers Stretching

I Have recently purchased a new 1 piece set of leathers.

However due to the larger sizes been way too large I had to go for a set which are a little on the tight side!!

All the protection is in the right places which is what I wanted but I just need a little extra room in case I have a bacon sandwich while out riding

Any suggestions on how best to wear them in or stretch them a little?

Cheers

The leather of your suit has been stretched as far as it can be.

Saw a post a while back there was a question, too tight on the bike. (yes) to small period.
Too tight off the bike, add a stretch section in the crotch

My A* Atem that i bought brand new in the spring stretched at least 10%. I could barely get it on at first.
Go heat up your smallest bathroom with steam and stand in it for a while and stretch. Squats n stuff.

Everyone has their own thoughts on how to stretch but in the end it is just time and wearing.

I am sorry but this is just plain wrong. Leather is skin. Skin stretches.

OP, I had the same issue with my last suit. My solution (and one you probably wont like, but it works) is to wear it in the shower for as long as you have hot water. Get it thoroughly soaked then go out and ride. It is important that you wear it while drying as that is what causes it to keep its shape. My suit went from "OMG I can't breathe" to having room for a chest protector.

Have it on round the house and move as much as possible in it. That's what I did when I bought mine. I think they say the stretch is about 10%.

Thanks Guys,

My only concern with getting it to wet is I wouldn't want the leather to go stiff once dried?

I certainly feel I may be spending a few days wearing it around the house with the odd squat and stretch
