Now this one is super simple. All you will need is a male bullet connector, about 3 inches of wire, and a 1/4 inch eyelet connector.
1. Just crimp the bullet connector on one end of the wire and the eyelet on the other side.
2. Remove the seat, and the bolt that holds the tank on at the back, and slip the bolt through the eyelet, and reinstall it.
3. As you can see from the picture, that orange wire on the left is the signal wire for the FI light codes on the gauge pod, and the one on the right is the connector I made to read the codes. Whenever you get a FI light trip, you just connect those two wires together and that will flash the code in the Gauge pod, the just look in the manual and see what the code is.
