so i'm changing mines to Xenon projectors, not only that they are bi-xenon so both will be on and both can do high beam.

My pictures only show 1 as i've only got one temporary fitted in.

Also those are 4300K I have in that projector.

ahhh I see what you're saying. thanks for clearing that up

Great progress! Nice sharp cut off too.

Looks pretty good with just one light on, with both it should be a huge improvement.

As for aligning, will you be able to use the stock methods to re-align the projector, or will you manually align it, then lock it in place?

wait a minute you have the lens back on, so you must be done?! next up is wiring, then install back on the bike.

I like that you have it on a plate so you can adjust it like stock. Smart move.

Will you aim your headlights based on the low beam?

After completing mine I wanted to aim it properly and the FSM specifies how to aim it based on the high beam. I aimed mine based on the low beam given that is what I will be mainly using. Tested it and it doens't blind people, and gives me a quality 25ft+ of lighting in front of me. High beams lights everything up, but I use that when no oncoming cars are coming.

*snigggers like an immature kid*

The outputs are a tad rubbish due to the fact the projectors are full of dust... but a wee spring clean and they will be beautiful.

MD: I will be levelling everything off with the dipped beam.

I didnt take as many pictures as I would like but I will post a video shortly to explain it rather than typing it.

almost finished

It looks like a ring of light on the ground in front of the bike. This is because the stock projectors are made for halogen bulbs and directs the beam differently than a true HID projector would.

The OP is also using bi-xenon projectors which, I'm assuming, means that both projectors would be on for low beam and also high beam. Bi-xenon projectors have an internal solenoid that activates a mechanism when high beams are triggered. This causes the cutoff of the light to be raised which mimics high beams.
i found this out the hard way i have HIDs in my stock projectors. i heard someone say that before though so after this thread i think its time i order new projectors

So what ya think about using Bi-xenon Morimoto Mini Stage III Kit (H1) - Complete Retrofit Kits from The Retrofit Source. I know they are smaller than your projectors. Thanks for the pics and detail, been looking for info on somebody that has done this on a 2011 like mine. Drove at night yet with them?
