Dion Device - Brake Lever Guard is a rider protection lever that came about
due to a personal tragedy that could have possibly been prevented
if this component had existed.

Through this personal experience the Dion Device - Brake Lever Guard was made
& now serves to make the sport a little safer.

I Ride: 08 ZX6R (B bike) 13 CBR600RR(A bike)
I have this on my bike. Never had to use it for it's intended purpose thankfully , but i can tell you the product is phenomenally made. It was a Canadian riders son who rode in the same series as me who died.

I have crashed on that side once and the guard stood up very well.

Would recommend this above woodcraft or anything else made on the market.

Scorpi0: if your riding and someone bumps your brake side handle this will prevent the brakes from engaging by providing a rigid first point of contact.

It's more for racing application. Basically prevents somebody from bumping into your brake lever and causing you to crash. The designer (named Dion) made it after a road racer was killed in the resulting crash after somebody bumped his brake lever in a race. Dion was a good friend of the racer that died. Now it's pretty standard in racing and saving lives!
