Need some feedback - 04 ZX6R front end

Okay folks so I've been dealing with so much drama on the R6 that I've pretty much been neglecting the planning for what I want to do with the ZX6-R. A while back I had the idea to put an 09+ front end on my beloved ninja. I got to researching costs and found that it might not be that much more expensive to just do Ohlins Suspension. However, it would be significantly cheaper just to have my forks re-sprung. I feel like maybe that won't make enough of a difference for my riding style and aspirations for the bike.

I would like to also upgrade the braking system so I will have to incorporate these costs into the outcome as well, which is why I was leaning more toward doing the front end conversion.

I don't plan on ever getting rid of this bike so whatever investments I make are going to be for the long term.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I changed the oil and put the forks 5mm through the top tree and that made a huge difference in the corners and the feel too.. Next is the rear shock for me.. Have you had the supension set for your weight and stlye of riding?

I have but I'm 5'6 and 120 pounds. Last time I was out at the track the consensus was that even with maximum adjustment, they are going to be too stiff. So I've been looking at aftermarkets. The R6 I'd consider selling, but since its a heap of shit I don't imagine recouping enough to make another bike investment. As is, I'm going to invest minimally in bringing IT up to par for riding. The ninja I'll never sell. It's a classic.

If I buy another bike it will probably be a Duc 848. I spent the greater part of last year riding around on one (modded) and I absolutely loved it. But for now, I really just want to finetune my baby to get the best bang for my buck handling-wise.

Basically an 09+ front end is going to be the forks, triples, wheel, calipers and brakes, etc (in order for it to be a compatible fit). And I will probably have to re-spring them anyway.

If I go with Ohlins I'm looking at 1000+ not including the master cylinder and rotors that I'd add.

Internals are around 300 bucks.

Respring and revalve, thats what i'm planning on doing to my zx6r (as long as I can keep it shiny side up this year ). On the brakes side of things how about a Brembo 19X20 master cylinder coupled up with a set of there 320mm clubman discs.
