And OP just FYI the rear caliper from 2000-2008 is the same part, so you don't need a new one, just the bracket.
Brake line needs to be 2.5" longer than stock also. Anything else you need to know about this swap is right here on the forum.

arron got the front discs from ebay ..... been really good as far as discs go price wise i think they were a sh1t hot bargain
found the link pal http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/KAWASAKI-Z...b#ht_573wt_698
been having a play when i got home from work
stripped it down and thought i would just bung a few bits on to see how it looks
(the shock is going to go) but the front of the swing arm is satin black and the rear section is semi polished as will finish it off after ive made everything fit ....but even at this early stage im loving the mod guys

i will have a look monday ive got alot of bits and bobs at work including my smashed up b1h 6r which im robbing parts from
sounds like yours will be a flyer
i dont know if you have done this ....but if you drop the front sprocket by a tooth ...gives you better pullaway and you dont really loose much if any top end ......leave the rear standard tooth .....done this to my b1h and just felt so much more rideable out of the corners

just have to say had my first ever ride today on a rgv500 and what a beast i nearly shot my load when it kicked me in the back down the bypass ....i was in motorbike heaven for that brief moment and smoking everything in sight lol i really felt like pulling my pants down on the side of the road and knocking one out over the tank it was that enjoyable.....lmao

Yeah it looks ok but the years were wrong so don't know if they will fit I'd rather save the cash and get a nice set like yours but cheers for the link I may still look in to getting them
