yeah i remember Wayne Rainey but hes bike was slighty brighter orange than the formula one cars ....so being me had to be different and go for the car colour ....lol

as parts go ive been collecting them
what ive got so far is 2007 swing arm ,rear spindle, shock and waiting for rear caliper with bracket to come through the post
so i wanted to find out the best way to convert it which now ive got the link will help me out a hell of alot
and then once thats all done its move on to the rear seat section and fit a b1h rear on it
then fit some upside down forks with all the bits to the front
so ive got a winter of playing in the garage which will keep me happy ...lol

yeah I think Wayne's was closer to red,
You won't need that caliper, Your caliper is the same & will work as is.
Your right about the bracket though. Another thing your going to need is a longer brake line.

I did the 05/06 conversion on mine with the stock wheels.
Chris, as you know, did the 07/08 & stock wheels. Between us we should be able to
help you out.

why with the brake line is the rear arm slightly longer than the standard ?
looking at the 07 arm i realised the chain had to be split .....so being if the arm is longer i would have to put a few links in the chain?

well im going to start the conversion next week so will keep you all posted how its going

forks,yokes,and bars are off a b1h 6r 2004

A link ot two will help, I just adjusted mine up & it works well with 108(stock).
The thing with the brake is not the length of the swingarm, It the position of the caliper.
On your stock setup it sets @ about the 1 o'clock position, the new bracket
will put it @ about the 11 o'clock position.

the forks are just standard usd from a 2004 6r b1h
why im changing them i dont know ......mine are probably just as good but its an ongoing toy i just want to play with when the misses is doing her stuff and it just will look different .....thats probably the reason why

ok will have to have a raid in the parts box at work for a braided line
