I hit a deer a few months back and had liability insurance on the bike. I finally saved up enough to rebuild my '06 ZX-6R, but now I don't know who's a good manufacturer to buy from. I need a lot more than just the fairings(speed-o, headlight, brackets, etc.), but it's a good place to start. Do you guys recommend anyone specific? I can't afford OEM parts.
Thanks.

I've heard of people having good luck on ebay. Much cheaper than OEM and you have a lot of color options. Plastic is just plastic in my opinion, why pay more if they both fit |

They all work, I had eBay fairings on my 954 and fit OK. But if u drop it there going to crack a lot worse the OEM.

A couple guys have order fairings from Nicecycle, nothing bad so far. I ordered mines from there as well, should be getting them soon.

Honestly... Ebay is good, but even better is Craigslist.
Go to this site and search for what you need. SearchTempest - The EASY way to search Craigslist
It will search Craigslist (Nation Wide) and Ebay at the same time.
This is how I found my 98 ZX6R for $1000 and then another '98 ZX6R for $300. Give it a try.

They are a little more expensive, but I can handle it.

I just purchased the flat black fairings from nicecylce.com. Thanks for your help. I'll post pics when it's finished.

I got the fairings in yesterday...came from China, no big deal. Just saying. I'll be putting them on this weekend, maybe next weekend if I can't get the ram air duct assembly by Friday.

I couldn't wait for the ram air duct. I'm going to have to trash the race rails, I'm not confident enough to cut out some of the fairing.

When I get the paint code figured out, I'll post the finished product. I'll paint the tank and seat cover to match.
