I thought I'd do a quick write up on this as it definitely seemed to be a bigger PITA to me than it should have been and every time I searched for an answer on any Kawi forum or just google the replies were very vague.

First off, the most basic of basics.

The turn signals wire up Positive to GREEN and Ground to BLACK/YELLOW under the seat. Not sure if these are the colors for all years.

Next, to stop the fast flashing signals and or not working LED signals, go to or order from your local shop an LED Flasher Relay. Mine was generic for all Kawasakis and was on the shelf for $19.99 but rang up $2.50...SWEET!

Most people have just said that the OEM relay is next to the fuse box located under the inner front fairing under your throttle side clip on. THIS IS WRONG. For the 07/08's the relay is located under the windscreen bolted behind the gauges. I did remove my inner front fairing to get to it but you may not have to. The relay is a black box about 1.5-1.75" tall and an inch or so wide. Take that off, plug the wire into your new relay and you're good to go!

Do you know the brand/ model number for the relay? Is it just a two wire connector and look like this?

It took longer to take the plastics off to run the wires for the turns than it did to hook them up and add the relay...once I knew what I was looking for. It's no more than 2 minutes to add the relay.
