Alright guys. Tightened the auto cct. Sound a ton better. But I think.I still.have a slight ticking. Is this the valve noise everyone is talking about? I would assume so. You guys help so much! Thanks! I'll upload a video soon!

Well, I think if you don't hear any ticking at all your motor probably isn't running.

Normal then I'm assuming real faint tick but I've still watched videos where I don't hear it at all.

It's really nearly impossible to diagnose subtle engine noise from a video considering all cameras would pick up sound a little differently depending on the capabilities of the mic and and processing that gets done to the video. Your engine noise was more than subtle and was fairly obvious. Although even still there was a chance that it was more than a tensioner issue. Another possibility is that it is still a tensioner issue. That is, you made it go another notch on the tensioner but maybe it really needed a notch and a half to be properly tensioned. Of course the automatic tensioner doesn't have "half" notches. A manual tensioner is infinitely adjustable so if you are still hearing a little noise from the cam chain being a little too loose the manual tensioner would get that out. But I wouldn't worry about it if it is minor. It's better to be slightly loose than too tight.

Thanks buddy. Its not coming from the same area now which I'm assuming was the cct. It sounds more towards the headers now. Which could be the tippets I believe is what they are called. I'm in no way capable of really diagnosing this and I just hit 10k so I was thinking of taking it to the stealership for the 10k service. Does anyone know what this actually consists of?

I found a video on youtube how to do it on my 04 but all he did was loosen then top bolt pretty much all the way, then the bottem bolt till it clicked once and tightened both back up. Didn't touch the center bolt...and it fixed the noise
