Ok, so maybe I'm retarted, but i can't find the EK ZZZ in 108 link...
So, can I buy a 120 link and just take 12 links off?

Yes.

And x vs. o ring is basically how the anti-friction is set up. I'm sure you can find "x chain cross section" in google or something.

I guess I'm just mostly worried that I'll mess something up. There's a shop by my house that says they will do it for $50, should I just have them do it? If I do it myself I'll have to buy the tool as well.

Well I had the problem with the nuts stripping out on the sprocket because the dealer who put the damn things on, felt like they used an impact wrench. They were seized on. For the price I paid to fix everything $50 is cheaper than what I dealt with. If you want the experience, go for it. I know it wouldn't be hard next time for me. I like learning how to work on the bike.

Does any and all changes on either sprocket throw your speedometer off?

From what I've read in this thread, I'm understanding that decreasing the front sprocket would effect it. So, does the rear being increased effect it as well?

Yes, changing the gearing in the front or the rear will throw your speedo off. Going down one tooth in the front is approx equivalent to going +2 to 3 in the rear.

To change your speedo, there are a variety of aftermarket "healers" such as DRD and Healtech.

Depends on the kit you want man. I'd check:

MotoMummy
www.sportbiketrackgear.com
Motorcycle Gear, Parts and Accessories at Motorcycle Superstore

Another option is to get chain and sprockets separately. I personally am going to get supersprox sprockets separate and an EK ZZZ chain.

Here's a nice kit that is on sale: https://www.motomummy.com/chain-kits...st-technology/

I'm pretty sure you can go +4 there.

Also, here is an example of a healer: https://www.motomummy.com/chain-kits...abs-speedodrd/
