I'm an idiot and need a PCPROG

Like the title says. I was far too trusting of the first thing I read on how to update the firmware for my PC3usb. Said I could do it using the bike for power, just leave the bike running. Except updating the firmware shuts the pc3 down, which kills the bike, which kills power to the pc3. God damn circle of death over here.

So now my pc3 is scrap and I need a PCPROG to low-level flash the firmware to it. Not really a DJ shop around here I could take it to. Anybody have the programmer that will loan/sell it to me? I don't mind paying you for your time. DynoJet is closed today otherwise I'd order it straight from them.

And yes, I tried hooking a 9v to it and flashing again, no luck. It says the pc3 won't communicate.

First day with no rain, too. GOD DAMNIT.

Can't help with the flash, sorry.

If the power for the PC3 was pulled from the battery directly, it should not have shut off when the motor died. There should be enough juice in the battery to keep the PC3 running, IMHO. Just like your lights stay on if you hit the kill switch after the bike is running with the ignition in the ON position.

Not knowing how your PC3 is wired into your wiring harness, I'm having to guess you tapped in somewhere that requires the bike to be running to get voltage -- or your charging system is fried....
