Help a girl on a 636 out with her chinese rear sets

Soooo....after research about chinese rear sets on this site and everyone saying they have never had problems with them, I decided to get some. These ones...
Adjustable Rearsets Footpeg Rear Set for 2009 2014 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6 zx6r ZX 6R | eBay

I also attaches a pic of the exact ones

Now, with trying to install them I ran into a problem. They did not come with the ball joint to attach the shifter, or I'm somehow supposed to use the OEM parts. Has anyone had this problem? Or have any suggestions on what I could do?

Yes, take the ends out of your stock shift rod and screw into the ones that came with your set. Use lots of loctite on the pegs.

Thats what I was going to do, but the new rear sets did not come with the ball joint and socket(the one attached to the bike and the stock foot peg) and I can't take the stock ones off/re-install on the new rear sets. If you look at the picture I posted, you can see the new rod ends are different from stock

Ball joint and socket? I'm not sure what you are referring to there but the stock rod ends should work just fine. Why won't they work? I have bought 4 sets of the Chinese rearsets, although not exactly like the ones you bought, but none of mine came with the rod ends. I had to use the stock ones.

I had the same issues with my Chinese rearsets.

After getting some help from a few forum members i was advised to order the following parts from Sato.

2x reverse jam nut m6

I also ordered a new shoft rod from sato just to be sure.

if you have everything in the picture, and your stock shifter link on the motor on the bike, you have all you need to assemble those rear sets. Ski
