Metallic rattling noise from the steering axis at 6K RPM?

Hi everyone.

Since a while ago my '13 is getting a metallic rattling noise from somewhere around the steering axis whenever I hit 6K RPM.
Once I'm over that point it stops, but it would give me some peace of mind to be able to eradicate it.

The noise is just as if there was a bolt with a free-moving metal washer vibrating.
I've read some people have had noise come out of the ignition switch, but no matter how I try to hold it with my hand, it won't stop, so I'm not sure it's that.

Any ideas what it might be?
Thanks in advance!

Its your key rattling most likely. Put ur hand on it next time to see if it stops.

It's most likely one of your levers, either the brake or clutch lever. My 250R used to do that, and it took me a bit to figure out what it was. The lever had some play in it (up and down), and it would rattle with higher RPM's.

As I said, I've tried it before, but will give it another chance.

Yeah, the clutch lever on my Ninja 300 used to do that and it stopped if you rested your hand on it.
Will try it on this one and let you know.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.
