Did you try torquing the nuts down.

If yes, get new 11060-1203 GASKET,EXHAUST PIPE

Install the 4 of them, torque. Get bike hot, let cool down.
Torque again, repeat total of 3 times. Last time they should be good. If not do one more time.

You may also want to see if it has had the valve cover gasket replaced under warranty. They had an issue on that year model.

Do you think its normal to have oil leak from that place?
I noticed on the left side there is more oil deposit and on the inside of the fairing also what do you think?

Like @Strider said, there's a known issue with the valve cover gasket that is replaced under warranty. Check with your dealer . . . if not do it yourself, it's pretty easy.

Looks like its draining down from the valve cover and becomes more visible once it hits the exhaust. I just had the dealership replace my valve cover gasket for free. It's not a full on recall. Its a technical service bulletin or something. Basically you have to have the dealership say that it is leaking. Then Kawi will pay for the fix.
