Low End Bogging

If you all have a minute I need your input on a problem I am having with my 2006 Kawasaki ZZR 600 which has the ZX6R motor with Carbs 19k miles. Due to a health issue and bad fork seals (I just fixed) this is the first outing since last year. My bike was stored inside my house all winter with non ethanol 93 octane and seafoam as a fuel stabilizer (The Life of a Bachelor). I would crank it once a month and have kept it on a battery tender. So the bike cranks up fine and idles fine but it has a bog (lack of power) from 0-7000 RPMs then it goes away and runs normal from 7000-14000 RPMs. Ive made a few runs with it and other than the bog it runs fine idles fine starts fine. I ended up putting a whole can of seafoam in it and ran it with no change in the performance. I probably only ran it 15 miles like this and was thinking it might clear up (clogged pilot jet). After a successful rebuild on my forks... having it run like crap was a kick in the Nuts! It ran perfect when I put it up last year. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you all.

2006 ZZR 600 20k miles. Michelin Pilot Power 3's. Two-Brothers exhaust. R & G frame sliders. AmsOil 10w-40, AmsOil oil filter and K & N air filter. Stock motor.

2007 NINJA 650R 29k miles. Michelin Pilot Power 3's. Two-Brothers slip-on. Two-Brothers Juice Box. R & G frame sliders. AmsOil 10w-40, K&N oil filter and BikeMaster air filter. Stock motor.

I'm confused, (not unusual) So this is a 2006? with carb's.

I've got a 2006, 600RR and it has 8 injectors.
This is new to me, did not know of any 06 with carb's.

If indeed it has carbs, and ran fine in the past with these jets. No modifications since last running good your choices are pretty few.
First, pull ALL the fuel. Nice new premium.
Confirm air filter is clean. Run the bike for a nice outing.
Idle and main jets aren't the same. So the normal driving will get the fuel moved in.
Idle will be the only time your seafoam will make it threw the idle circuit.

That doesn't help. Carb rebuild.
If problem doesn't get worse, run a tank or two with cleaner. See what happens.

Pull the float bowls off the carbs and see what falls out.

OP has a ZZR which is indeed carburated.

Anywho, it really sounds fuel related so I would pull apart the carbs...

I'm lazy. I would try running a couple of tanks of gas out before pulling the carbs. It just takes a speck of crap in the wrong spot to really jack up the way a bike runs. If it's bad enough that you wouldn't want to ride it like that, then it probably wouldn't fix itself anyway.

I would start here. Too much Sea Foam will cause it to run like crap too.

Seems to me I have a pilot jet clogged but I have not had a chance to look into it. I do thank all of you for your response.
