I've got another question regarding counter steering. Do you only use it at speed or do you use it in daily commuting as well?

you counter steer every time you decide to turn. its so little that you dont even know your doin it. doesnt matter what speed your at. next time your out riding, take a turn. try to notice the pressure you put to the bar is pushing the bar on the inside of the turn angle. in laymans terms: if your turning left, you push the bar on the left to the right. and visa versa. this make the bike tip in. happens all the time...its not something you can avoid.

Slow
Slow before the corner.
Look
Look into and through the corner.
Press
Press the handlebar in the direction you want to go. (press right handlbar for a right turn, etc.)
Roll
Roll on the throttle gently and accelerate out of the corner.

Also, try to follow an "Outside-Inside-Outside" line. This will minimize your lean angle and provide you with the greatest margin of safety should you have to stop suddenly in the corner.

Need to re-watch. I think due to the accent (British?) it sounds so factual. Hahaa
