2- settings and options
3-edit avatar
4-use custom avatar
once you get to this point i would need to know where you are trying to pull the pic. from to help you further or maybe you can take it from here if you know a little bit atleast about how to finish the process ?

shit that i am not sure bro ? i know how to switch the format and i know how to crop the picture which would make it "smaller" but as far as keepin the entire image and shrinking it im not sure ?

You can upload an image to photobucket (or similar image hoster) then copy it's IMAGE TAG and past here. Or type [IMG]if you find a pic on the net, right click it, properties, copy its' ADDRESS URL and paste then end with[/IMG]
