Stuffing the ZX6R in my minivan

I finally found out that I can take out the seats of my minivan today (don't get too jealous of the minivan ) and put them in storage. I would like to use it as a transport for my bike whenever I go on trips, like to the dragon cross-state, etc. etc. Never know when weather's going to hit, and don't want THAT many highway miles on it.

Anybody else use a minivan to transport their bike? How do you get it in the back? Put anything on the floor?

And most important, will it fit? My bike's in the shop right now so I can't check. I'm pretty sure it will, but always the paranoid type.

Any tips help!

That crap's cumulative of probably about 11 years.

Dart: I kind of figured that's how it would be. Did you back it out on it and duck or have to push it out or what?

What'd you use to even get it in? That's my main worry.

A loading dock bro you can back right up to it and ride the bike in. Where you took your seats out you can tie down to those areas on the floor...

I don't think he's gonna be "riding" it in. That's the tricky part. No clearance to sit on the bike as it's being loaded. Probably take 2 or 3 people (one on each side and one in the front or back of the bike to do it safely.

I had to get a metal trailer ramp put to the back of it get 2-3 people to get it in and then when its time to get it out your usually by your self and the mirrors which didn't cause problems when going in decide to give you the middle finger and make it where you almost have to tip the bitch sideways and roll it out at the same time and then it slams on the floor cause with the ramp it wont work coming out.... yea its not worth it least my experience with it.

Would something like this work just as well with a minivan?

Motorcycle Bike Ramp Systems

(If it will, would there be any cheaper method of a ramp than putting out $300? Construct one out of anything?)

I'll definitely test the clearance before I actually try and get it in there.

Is that a refrigerator in your garage or are you parked in the kitchen?

I don't have the money for a truck, so I'm willing to get a little frustrated with it. I just need something for if I ever decide to go on some long trip -- don't want to get trapped in some area because of disgusting roads.

Haha, I'm 17. I'm just a soccer mom in training at this point.

Not sure you can even call it a refrigerator. The door falls off every time it's opened. Quite funny when guests come over and are searching for food.
