Better yet, go to a place where they have one of those hot air hand dryer. While wearing the gloves, soak them quickly in warm water and then dry em. They'll shrink perfectly molded to your hands. Then get some baseball glove oil from a sporting good store to keep them soft.

Never thought of that, most of the time I run into gloves being too small rather than too large

Same concept as a torture noose. Soak a leather strap and tie it around the victim's neck & leave them in the sun. As the strap dries, it tightens and slowly chokes 'em to death. :

I found this out on a 4 state road trip with some buddies a few years back. My new gloves arrived in the mail the day before we headed out and it was a tad bit large. Not much I could do so I went ahead and used them. We got caught in some rain, and then the sun came out. Between the sun and wind dried, at the next gas stop, I noticed that the gloves fit perfect |

Good idea!
Problem with me being tall and scrawny is that I have long skinny fingers. For a while, I actually wore womens XXL gloves but found a pair of Alpinestars men's gloves in Large that fit me but was loose on the pinky.

Genius!
Though as someone else mentioned, gloves seem to always be too small rather than large. I'm way too paranoid to buy any gear online because of it.

I just recently bought a set of Alpinestar Gloves and I had to buy XXXL to fit my hands... and they are just perfect.. maybe a little small around the knuckle area but ok.
God knows why you would want to shrink them if gloves are already damn small haha.
