Man too bad the cops got there a bit early, would have liked to have seen the driver lose all his teeth, what a POS.

The thing is: The bikers will get more punishment than the driver of the car. He might get wreckless driving and leaving the scene or something, but the bikers will get something like aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. But... i probably would have chased down the MF'er too.

Well here's my two answers ...

1) I woulda done a lot more than just break out a window. He'd have no teeth and a nice repair bill. He is a completely asshole and needs his ass kicked hard.

2) At most the driver would be charged will failure to yield. If witnesses stuck around then leaving the scene of an accident too. The. Bikers would get numerous chargess possibly including terroristic threats. Unfortunately no matter how right it seems, you can't get all vigilantly on someone.

P.S. I personally would accidentally forget to show up to court for any charges against the bikers. I'd even take a disciplinary write up over that one.

Wow.. that's disturbing to me.

As long as I've worked in Social Services, I've come to know how quite twisted the world is but it always surprises me how little people think about the impact of their actions until it is too late. This guy is probably some young douchebag who had a moment of cager courage and had no presence of mind to realize that he almost just killed someone. I don't know how we can possibly instill the qualities of foresight and consequence in people so unfortunately shit like this will continue and the world will lose many amazing people to senseless acts of violence.

Yet the justice system can be so sympathetic to their wrecklessness, even after they destroy the lives of the loved ones of a person they just encountered on the road.

Really takes the wind out of my sails sometimes.
