Good article. I'm still learning how to ride well and this article seems to be expounding on what Twist II states. Good advice for all motorcyclists. Whenever I go out, I make it a conscious effort to figure out at least just one more thing about my bike and my ability with it, i.e. cornering, speed, handling, braking, whatever. I read and watch Twist I & II and this article and it makes me realize I have sooo much more to learn about this sport and addiction.

I wanna turn to page 68 and 69....

Anyone can go fast in a straight line...
Better to ride a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow.

Saw this the other day in a magazine... Very good read. Thanks for posting it up K...

If this was about a buying some hyperohlazz with race ABC I'm sure this thread would be on page 3 by now. Alas, bike forums aren't where you go to discuss actually riding and the joys and pitfalls of honing your craft.

Should of just put "New girl joining for forums! " in the title, atleast then you would get people to look in here. I also shared on my facebook and got nothing. *Sigh* however 2 mins later a friend posted a pic himself doing a burn out in a wife beater and sun glasses and had like 13 likes and 10 comments saying "fucking sweet bro!"....I think I need to move to Europe.

Try finding something good on other forums. Way more motorcycle related stuff here, along with people who actually know stuff.

Your right hand is your traction control and chassis balancing tool. No need for fancy black boxes if you don't have it sorted out.

it seems him and Keith Code differ a lot in certain areas. Keith says get all your braking done, then flick it into the corner. Nick says use your brakes to help with steering geometry and getting the bike turned, dont flick.

guess it just goes to show you there is more than one way of doing things!
