Jin, did you get your refund? Also, was it at least $825?

I dont think this is the case but I cant help but laugh at the thought of "what if he was refunded for however many raffle tickets he purchased, which is potentially one".

Like I said I dont think thats the case but boy would that make this even more disturbing.lol

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! What a Ride! ~Hunter S. Thompson

I am very curious to know how much the refund is!!
Like Lowcel said....15$ a tickets x 55 tickets sold....825$

If it's a penny less I'm going into the raffle biz

When I saw this raffle I was soooo skeptical figuring someone nobody knows would win and someone would post some bs verification post on here like I met him though a friends cousins next door neighbor...he's a great guy yadayadayada...

I was so happy lobster won...now to hear all this sucks

Sorry for your whoas.

Sounds like a shitty company with even shittier customer service.

Man, this is disturbing to hear.

I gave LHM the benefit of the doubt as the experience I had prior to buying was positive. Unfortunately I guess as demands started rolling in the small-ness of the company could not keep up and it snowballed.

And certainly after my lowside, I will not be getting another LHM.

Pilot, here I come

I'm gonna have it repaired for the time being while I save up to get another suit. Not made of money

So how exactly did the refund work when there were multiple participants involved? Also, what amount of the proceeds get donated to wounded warriors?

Bummer. When the wife got her Lionheart Jacket, we didnt' get it as ordered, was told afterwards that the jacket couldn't be re-made to get what we ordered, so we dropped a couple hundred getting somebody else to make said adjustments. The back protection was also very poor so we picked up a Forcefield back protector which I have total confidence in.

After all was said and done, we dropped on more money getting the jacket up to speed than most people spend on their jacket to begin with.

It's a cool jacket, and I did a nice write-up on it back in May 2014. But ... the experience made us decide to not buy LionHeart gear again.
