I left the OEM pads in for instructing but they worked so well I left them in for racing. Even got a second set as a throw in with a deal from a guy doing a race bike conversion. When I run out of those pads Ill go back to my usual, Vesrah RJL.

I've ran a few different sets, including the Vortex Carbons, and my vote goes to Vesrah SRJL XX. They have an amazing initial bite and great feedback. My Vortex Carbons were good for the track too, but they had way less life in them than the Vesrah pads.

Still running the Vesrah SJRL 17's and loving the consistency. Time for some new pads sometime this year.

Normally running EBC but trying Carbone Lorraine currently and I'm pretty damn happy with them. When I pull the trigger on Galfer rotors I will probably try Galfer pads as well because im OCD like that.

I've tried those before and I liked their nice modulation.. I think they have the white backing.

One thing I've like from the vesrah srjl17's is that its no warm up and just a linear feel with the pull so if I "feel" like I'm coming in to hot it stops it on a dime.

Recently switched to EBC GPFAX pads. Amazing. Same consistent feel every time.

I wanted a cheap good pad and the EBC gpfax is just that. $63 per rotor and a good strong feel with excellent modulation. Some track pads are expensive . I'm sure the Veserah is good too but how much?

Vesrah SRJL 17 and XX are cheaper and better. Only 61 - 63$ per rotor.
