I did do the brembo MC (well the r6 brembo) and the MSM levers of course

I bought another SV and did a bunch of stuff to it to make it a "better" track bike but I've just really gelled with this one so I am hoping I like the other just as much...

The one has gsxr front end. Ohlins internals. Ohlins shock. R6 calipers. Brembo master. Quick shifter. Race filter and was custom tuned to get me 77hp
Sounds legit, like a real race bike. I think you'll like it even more...but I must be one of the few people who have never ridden an SV of any kind

Thanks man. It was my best riding to date. I end up way in back of the seat so I think I am going to put a pad on the tail to stop me from sliding back too far. I'd like to get my head over more toward "the mirrors" but besides that I felt good..

Yes this is the used suit I bought lol.. I'm considering getting a patch out directly over the Yamaha lol

Just a little update. 12 year old Damian jigalov was pitted across from us. He was riding a little KTM 390 in advanced group and doing work! I didn't know who he was but I kept thinking who is this little kid giving these big bikes hell. Idk if u know himbut follow him on the social media and show support. Phenomenal rider!

I've heard of him through social media. He's the kid that Keanu Reeves is sponsoring for this year, among others of course.

I didn't realize that's who he is but yea he's really talented. One of my friends who is a CR and just got his expert plate is on a gsxr 750 and this kid on the little bike was keeping him in sight lap after lap. Really impressive to watch.

Yeah some of those kids are really fast on those KTM's. I was trying to look up some lap times to compare them to the 600s, and I'm not making much sense of it. I'm honestly a bit surprised. I looked at Laguna and Barber because those are the smallest and twistiest tracks where top speed matters the least.

Laguna:
KTM kids: 1:43's for top pace
Superstock 600: 1:28's for top pace

Barber:
KTM kids: 1:43's for top pace
Superstock 600: 1:29's for top pace

So that's about 14-15 second difference between the little bikes and the stock 600 guys. That seems like a lot. I would've expected them to be closer than that to be honest. At my local track, which is very comparable in length and layout to those two, I'm only about 8.5 seconds slower on my cbr500 than I am on my zx6r. At Hallett (another smaller twisty track), the difference is under 5 seconds between my 2 bikes.

Doesn't make much sense to me....but all I know is those kids on those RC's are fast as fuck on those things! lol

Yea man I agree. Now I will say my buddy who he was keeping pace with had never ridden Jennings so he was quite a bit slower as well. But still impressive chasing a good rider on a 750 and keeping pace even if the guy doesn't know the track. I mean we rode it 2 days so he had some familiarity

Thanks! I'm working on it. Hoping this year yields some significant improvements like last year did!
