I hope he's OK.

Not gonna happen on that Honda this year unfortunately, even without the accident.

No kidding. Been a few examples like that unfortunately. Schumacher lived his whole life racing cars up to the top level of F1. Many years of racing accidents and walked away from. Then he retires and almost dies while skiing!

Hope Hayden recovers well. That picture of the Peugeot looks pretty bad. Damn italian drivers!!

No kidding. Nothing but problems. Would be great if Kawi or Yamaha picked him up but such is hopeful wishing. Not like it matters now... eager to see the reports but the ones that are out do seem to make it sound like this is potentially a pretty bad accident. Sad considering everything he has gone through. I always find myself cheering for Nicky. Hope he gets to keep on living the dream

Sounds really bad. He might not come out of this ok, if at all. Hoping I'm wrong.

This really sucks! I've never been an avid fan of any motorcycle racing, but always liked Nicky Hayden.

Hopefully he makes a better recovery than Schumacher (the only other individual racer I ever cared much about) did...

Hayden is out of surgery, and has been put into a medically induced coma.
