ok apparently i had key board failure as well

06 zx6r 3000 mi speedo quit working and f1 light is on the bike feels the same its just at like 2 mph it reads 120 mph im confused bad speedo or speed sensor? any ideas?

ok i edited my post i had a keyboard that didnt cooperate also it has stock exhaust on it and no wiring has been damaged i checked

couple things. first off get the service manual... goto page 3-37 (self-diagnostics). it will walk you thru the steps to get the service code that your FI light is giving. then you will know what the problem is.

if the light is on now but not before then i would guess that your speed sensor is bad. but i can be wrong. check it the right way.
