Hey everyone!! Been reading post for last few days and decided to join. Just wanted to drop a line and introduce myself. I don't have a ZX-6R at the moment, currently ride a 2007 650R, but am seriously leaning toward the 6R because it fit the best for my build. I was looking at the R6, CBR600 and of course the 6R (piss on the GSXR!). Was gonna get one last summer but decided to wait.

Welcome.
Get a zx6r, if your going to get a yamaha it needs to be an R1, the RR is a good bike - but doesn't have a great deal of character...

I used to have a plazma blue 07 650R. Get the Zx6R. You will Love it ! ! !

I suspect there's probably a few people here that started out with the 650R. It's a good bike, just time to upgrade. The only problem I had with it was the mechanical seal in the water pump had to be replaced. Did it myself and was pretty easy.

Decided to get the ZX6R! It felt the most comfortable for me. The R6 and CBR felt way to wide, again for me. Besides I wanted to stick with Kawasaki. I put over 27,000 miles on my 07 650R and the only problem I really had was replacing the mechanical seal on the water pump (which was simple with service manual).
I pick her up tomorrow (hopefully)....2012 Red/Black.
