I've broken in bikes plenty of bikes in different ways and there certainly are plenty of theories on it. Seems most agree that changing the oil early (200-250 miles) accomplishes either nothing or is a must to aid in getting that crap out. I figure since it doesn't do any harm, why not, oil changes are cheap relatively speaking.

She would look good in your garage, I can work w/you on the shipping

It would look good in my garage, which is where I would be living if I bought that thing right now. I just picked up a 2nd '08 ZX6R so both me and my son can hit the track days together and that didn't go over too well. I do have an '09 Ninja 650 for sale and if I move it and you still have yours I might consider it more seriously.

I hear ya... I had to do the same juggling myself to get the new race bike. Good luck with your sale on that!! Good looking bike. I need me one of those dirt bike lifts like you got AND I need to put me a TV like that in my cave too!
