I Ride: 2013 ZX6R
Cool New owner to a 2013 ZX6R

Hi everyone. I just bought my first street bike a few months ago, a 2013 ZX6R. I don't know much about supersport bikes but from what iv been told by many riders i bought a very awesome bike. Iv been riding a Kawasaki enduro for years but it broke down on me a couple years ago. It was a 2000 KE100 and i thought it was time to step into the big leagues. I want to know if anyone can recommend a good website or store where i can purchase oil, oil filters, oil for the changes. I did not do much maintenance on my KE100 so i am fairly new to this but i love this bike and want to keep it in tip top form. Also recommendations on name brands that other ZX6R owners use for there parts, oils etc..... Thanks!

Welcome and congrats on the new Bike

do a search on the forum and you will find every thing you need about Oil and parts

but if you ask me oil is just oil but it is your money

good luck

+1 on the Frame Sliders. Here's what I got for my '13
Spiegler Performance Parts - LSL Crash Pads
Spiegler Performance Parts - Frame Slider Mounting Kit

You have to buy both of them since one is the mounting kit and the other is the sliders or "crash pads". They're worth every penny. Very high quality build on them and they're no-cut so they're a cinch to install.

Either grab a sword and fight with me, or get in the kitchen and make me a sandwich!

2013 ZX6r 636, Driven Racing D-3 grips, LSL frame sliders.
