First post- what parts do I need?

Hey guys, glad to be part of the forum. Alright, to start off I tried searching the forums and couldn't find anything, so I'm sorry if this has been posted before.

So I wrecked my 03 zx6r back in August. And basically all the fairings and the headlight assembly were destroyed. I dislocated and broke my wrist and my hand so I ended up taking a trip to the hospital. Long story short, I was on pain meds and the next day, was at my buddy's where we took the bike and started pulling everything that was broken, off. Fairings, headlight assembly, speedo mount, everything. The problem is, being on pain meds, I forgot EVERYTHING that was pulled off of this bike. I turned it into a streetfighter with the idea of stunting it, but I've now decided against it.

So my question is, I know I need fairings, a headlight, airbox, and speedo mount, and a fairing bolt kit, but what else will I need to turn this back into a normal street bike? Sorry if I'm leaving any information out. I'm just tired of looking at my bike being naked. Thanks guys.

Welcome.

The first thing you need is the service manual. Inspect all the parts to install and go from there.

I did the same thing on my 929 almost 10 years ago.
Stayed up till 3 in the morning all whacked on pain meds...thought it would be a good time to dish my tank but i couldn't find my mallet...ended up dishing my tank with a ball peen and a bath towel. I thought it looked good till i woke up the next morning and realized what I did lol
