Welcome. I'm betting that this isn't the first bike you have owned... how about the history?

And......

They have two eyes and 10 fingers so they think they need to post 5 times as much as they read. And since they have 10 fingers and one brain, they only have to think 10% of the time! "

Not my 1st bike by far.
I've owned bikes for 40 years.
My previous track bikes were,an 02 Gsxr 750 and my most recent was an 00 SV 650.
Really looking forward to getting the 636 on the track.

My brothers gave me my first trail bike in 1972 or -3..... a Honda CT-65. We had a few kids in the area with SL70s, my cousin had a Yamaha 80.... living on a 67 acre farm at the age of 12, you didn't have to go too far to get off the beaten path. Step out the door, and play in the mud.

It stands out more..... TBH, I'm not much of a style Nazi -- I can't see it when I am riding, and that's pretty much the extent of it. If you can see it more easily in the paddock, that would serve a purpose in my view.

Never been to Putnam, heard it's a fun track.
My local track is Nelson Ledges (It's closed for bike's right now)
I run Mid-Ohio and Pitt-Race.

I will be doing PTR at Mid-Ohio in July. Already have the date set, maybe see you there. Show me the ropes since it's one of your home tracks.

I've only been there twice,so it's still new to me there.
My only issue with PTR is that they made me do 2 novice days since I never rode there before last year.
Just for reference,I've done easily 30-40 trackday's over the last 6 years.

I have been there twice.. Once the last two years.
Did novice last year because the friend I rode with was in novice.
Didn't really mind.
This year when I scheduled it up just told them Intermediate.
I was bumped with STT and The Ducati group at Putnam two years ago.
Guess I've done 20 days or so total.

Put my knee down first time at Mid-Ohio, scarred the crap out of me. LMAO.
Then I figured out what happened.

I really like the white tank cover. My all time favorite bike was my 06 636. I think you'll find that it's a great track weapon. That's what I'm on at Barber Motorsports Park in my avatar pic.
